The design process and fundraising for a new Firestone Park feature being considered by the Restoration and Beautification Committee for 2021 has begun. Responding to the community’s interest in adding a dog park to the renovation plans, an awareness & fund-raising campaign has been kicked into high gear for the “Firestone Dog Park … Run. Jump. Play.” The Park Board gave the “green light” at its last meeting and details about what it will look like, where it will be located and how it will be operated will be forthcoming. Stay tuned!
